Football Cognitive Performance Platform

A comprehensive web and mobile system that helps football organizations measure and develop the cognitive side of performance. Coaches create teams, seasons, and match calendars; assign standardized assessments; and collect structured responses from players on their phones. The platform translates answers into longitudinal metrics across attention, decision-making, motivation, perceived stress, and related constructs, presenting them in clear dashboards that reveal baselines, trends, and outliers at both the squad and individual levels. Beyond assessment, the coaching workspace centralizes the daily craft of player development. Staff upload images and videos, annotate key moments, and link them to training plans and upcoming fixtures. They set individual and group objectives with target dates and milestones, then track progress automatically as players complete tasks and assessments. A built-in tactics whiteboard enables drawing, storing, and sharing plays; these can be attached to sessions so players review them asynchronously before training. Players receive timely notifications and see a streamlined view of what is expected of them. Role-based access protects sensitive data, consent flows are explicit, and the data model is designed to correlate cognitive indicators with match and training events so coaches can spot patterns and refine their approach over time.

Challenge & Solution

Turn sports psychology frameworks into practical, engaging workflows that athletes will actually complete. Scoring models had to be rigorous enough for meaningful interpretation but simple enough to communicate clearly to coaches and players. Because the data is sensitive, we needed airtight privacy, encryption, and auditability, with administrators able to manage retention and access rights confidently. The product also had to serve very different coaching styles—from academies to professional squads—without drowning users in configuration. Mobile reliability and thoughtful notifications were essential to drive adherence to assessment schedules, and the system needed to scale from small teams to multi-club setups without performance degradation.

Final Result

Clubs now have a single environment to coordinate cognitive assessments, analyze trends, and connect those insights to tactical planning and player development. Coaches set clearer goals and track adherence objectively; players receive focused feedback that builds accountability and buy-in. Over time, staff can compare cognitive indicators against match outcomes, training loads, and positional demands to inform selection, recovery, and individualized development paths. The platform's modular architecture allows organizations to start small—basic assessments and goal tracking—and grow into richer analysis and planning tools. The outcome is a privacy-first, data-driven workflow that complements physical and technical training, helping clubs make better, faster decisions on and off the pitch.
